Old School

The book begins with the line “It was a dark and stormy night,” an allusion to the opening words in Edward George Bulwer-Lytton‘s 1830 novel Paul Clifford. Im sure almost everyone has read this book in middle school, i know i did and i loved it. I also found it kind of funny that the school system would let middle schoolers read such a trippy ass book. I havent read all the books in the series but i defenitely recommend it, they are out of this world…
